Rooms Available:
East Central Community Center has several rooms and areas available for individuals and organizations to rent for a variety of functions. Each area has a standard set-up. Please ask for a diagram of the set-up and note that this is the way the room will appear unless you provide us with a specific set-up request.
Conference Rooms
Conference Room 1 Max Occupancy 49
The conference room is a medium-sized room that can be set up with tables and chairs for classroom-type sessions or sitdown receptions, or with a head table and theater seating. The room is furnished with a small kitchenette (sink, oven, stovetop and mini-refrigerator) and has a white board and pull-down screen.
$50 per hour (1 hour minimum) 35 table seating/49 theater style
Conference Room 2 Max Occupancy 20
A smaller conference room with white board
$25 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Conference Room 3 /Computer Lab Max Occupancy 48
Computer tables line the walls. The center of the room can be used conference table style or with theater seating.
$25 per hour (1 hour minimum)
Senior Area Max Occupancy 145
A large meeting/reception area with large windows along one wall, the senior room can be separated with a folding room divider into the North and South rooms. The South room has three couches and a console television.
$120 per hour for receptions 120 table seating/145 theater style
$100 per hour for meetings
$60 per hour North or South room 40 table seating/60 theater style
Kitchen
A full commercial kitchen located off of the Senior North area. Renters must bring in dishware, cookware, utensils, etc.
$75 flat fee
Gymnasium Max Occupancy 220
The gym is a full basketball court size with bleacher seating on one side. There is also a full size stage with curtains.
$100 per hour for receptions/dances/weddings
$80 per hour for meetings
$60 per hour for games/tournaments with bleachers
$15 per hour for team practices with no setup
$30 tarp down fee required for meetings and receptions
Multi-Purpose Room Max Occupancy 90
This room is designed for a more comfortable atmosphere, furnished with sofas and love seats. There is an adjacent area that can be used for smaller meetings. The kitchen area can be used for heating food for smaller receptions.
$50 per hour (1 hour minimum)

Funerals
Memorial receptions are considered a community service. Services are a suggested donation of $50 to cover facility costs. We require the responsible party to do the set-up, break-down and extensive clean-up. Any damages incurred will be charged to responsible party.
