ECCO
shall promote and be an advocate for encouraging self-help,
public service, economic development, educational
development, and personal development, and improving the
physical environment among the residents of the East Central
Community Neighborhood.
ECCO
shall promote and be an advocate for the growth, and
development, and cooperation among neighborhood businesses,
non-profit organizations, service groups and churches.
ECCO shall develop, fund, manage, and
provide managerial oversight for specific programs,
activities, and neighborhood initiatives that are consistent
with the purpose of a 501(c)(3) organization and that
benefit the East Central Community .
